หลักฐานที่ต้องนำมาแสดงในการขอประกันตัว

1. บัตรประชาชน บัตรข้าราชการ หรือบัตรแสดงตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน ทะเบียนบ้านของจำเลยและผู้ประกันพร้อมสำเนา

2. หลักทรัพย์ เช่น โฉนดที่ดิน หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์(น.ส.3ก) เงินสด บัญชีเงินฝาก

3. หนังสือรับรองจากต้นสังกัดหรือนายจ้าง(กรณีขอประกันตัวด้วยตำแหน่งหน้าที่)

4. หนังสือรับรองราคาประเมิน(กรณีใช้โฉนดที่ดิน, หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์เป็นระกัน)

5. หนังสือรับรองจากธนาคาร(กรณีใช้สมุดเงินฝากเป็นประกัน)

6. หลักฐานการยินยอมของคู่สมรส(กรณีผู้ประกันมีคู่สมรส)
