หลักฐานที่ใช้ในการประกันตัวผู้ต้องหา

1.กรณีใช้บุคคลเป็นประกัน เอกสารที่นำมาประกอบมีดังนี้

- หนังสือรับรองจากต้นสังกัด

- สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวข้าราชการ

- สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวของคู่สมรส (ถ้ามี)

- สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน

หมายเหตุ ในกรณีที่ผู้ขอประกันมีคู่สมรส จะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากคู่สมรสด้วย

2.กรณีใช้โฉนดที่ดิน,นส.3ก ,หรือ สน.3 ,เงินฝากประจำ เอกสารที่นำมาประกอบมีดังนี้

- หนังสือรับรองการประเมินราคาที่ดิน ซึ่งเป็นราคาปัจจุบัน

- หนังสือรับรองยอดเงินฝากจากธนาคาร

- สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของเจ้าของหลักประกัน และคู่สมรส(ถ้ามี)

- สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของเจ้าของหลักทรัพย์

หมายเหตุ - ในกรณีที่เจ้าของหลักทรัพย์หย่าจากคู่สมรส ให้นำสำเนาใบสำคัญการหย่ามาด้วย

- ในกรณีที่คู่สมรสของเจ้าของหลักทรัพย์ถึงแก่ความตาย ให้สำเนาใบมรณบัตรมาด้วย

- ในกรณีที่ชื่อตัวหรือชื่อสกุลเจ้าของหลักทรัพย์ไม่ตรงกัน ให้นำหลักฐานการเปลี่ยนชื่อตัวชื่อสกุลมาด้วย

3.กรณีใช้หลักทรัพย์อื่น เช่น เงินสด สลากออมสิน แคชเชียรเช็ค พันธบัตรรัฐบาล ใช้เฉพาะบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือ บัตรประจำตัวข้าราชการ

3. In case of using other securities such as cash, GSB lottery, cashier cheque, government bond Use only your ID card or government official ID card.

3. 使用现金、GSB彩票、本票、国债等其他有价证券时 仅使用您的身份证或政府官方身份证。
