– โฉนดที่ดิน หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์ ต้องมีหนังสือรับรองประเมินราคาที่ดิน ซึ่งออกให้ภายในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 6 เดือน รับรองโดยเจ้าพนักงานที่ดิน

– สมุดเงินฝากธนาคาร ต้องมีหนังสือรับรองยอดเงินฝากคงเหลือปัจจุบัน พร้อมระบุข้อความว่าธนาคารจะไม่ให้ถอนเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวไปจนกว่าจะได้รับคำสั่งเปลี่ยนแปลงจากศาล

3. มีบุคคลมาเป็นหลักประกัน โดยแสดงหลักทรัพย์

หากเอกสารที่ต้องนำมาในวันยื่นคำร้องขอประกันตัวไม่ครบถ้วน ผู้ขอประกันอาจขอผัดผ่อนต่อศาลเพื่ออนุญาตให้นำมาส่งในภายหลังได้

กรณีหลักทรัพย์ที่นำมาในวันยื่นขอประกันตัวมีราคาไม่เพียงพอตามที่ศาลกำหนดวงเงินประกัน ผู้ขอประกันอาจขอผัดผ่อนต่อศาลเพื่ออนุญาตให้นำหลักทรัพย์มาเพิ่มเติมให้ครบในภายหลังได้
