1.จัดทำแบบการติดตั้งโดยให้วิศวกรโยธาตรวจสอบและลงนาม แล้วแจ้งให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (เทศบาล,อบต. เป็นต้น) รับทราบการติดตั้งแผงโซลล่าเซลล์ บนหลังคาที่พักอาศัย

2.ผู้ขออนุญาตติดตั้งได้รับหลักฐานจากหน่วยงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น

3.ดำเนินการติดตั้งจนเสร็จสิ้น

4.ลงทะเบียนแจ้งประกอบกิจการพลังงานที่ได้รับการยกเว้นไม่ต้องขอรับใบอนุญาต (สำนักงาน กกพ./Online )

5.แจ้ง กฟน. หรือ กฟภ. ให้เข้าตรวจสอบระบบแล้วชำระค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆน

6.สำนักงาน กกพ. ออกหนังสือแจ้งยกเว้นการขออนุญาตฯ

7.ยื่นสำเนาหนังสือรับแจ้งยกเว้นการขออนุญาตฯ ต่อ กฟน. หรือ กฟภ.

8.เมื่อผ่านการตรวจสอบระบบผลิต/เชื่อมโยงไฟฟ้า ตามข้อกำหนด

9.เริ่มผลิตและจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าหรือใช้งานระบบฯ
