ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับเครนและรถเครนชนิดต่างๆ

เครนตามภาษากฏกระทรวงฯ รัฐบาลไทย เรียกว่าปั่นจั่น (Cranes or Derricks) หมายถึงเครื่องจักรกลที่ใช้ยกของขึ้นลงตามแนวดิ่งและเคลื่อนย้ายของเหล่านั้น ในลักษณะแขวนลอยไปตามแนวราบ
เครนแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภทคือ
- เครนเหนือศีรษะและเครนขาสูง (Overhead-Gentry Cranes)
- เครนหอสูง (Tower Cranes)
- รถเครน เรือเครน (Mobile Cranes)

เครนแบ่งย่อยออกเป็นหลายประเภท
1.เครนรถตีนตะขาบ (Crawler Crane)-เป็นเครนรถ ล้อตีนตะขาบ บูมส่วนมากเป็นแบบบูมสาน เหมาะสมกับการใช้ในไซด์งานที่บุกเบิกใหม่ พื้นที่ยังไม่ถูกบดอัด
2.เครนรถแบบทรัคเครน (Truck Crane)-เครนรถล้อยาง สามารถวิ่งได้เร็วคล้ายรถบรรทุก วิ่งเคลื่อนที่ไปไหนมาไหนได้ด้วยตนเอง ข้ามอำเภอ-ข้ามจังหวัดได้ เลี่ยวได้มุมแคบ, พื้นที่ใช้งานต้องถูกบดอัดแล้วเท่านั้น
3.เครนรถแบบราฟเตอเรน (Rough Terrian Crane)-เครนล้อยาง ขับเคลื่อนทุกล้อ ทำงานในพื้นที่บุกเบิกใหม่ได้หากติดหล่มมีชุดกว้านช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้
4.เครนรถตีนตะขาบ (Crawler Crane) เครนรถแบบ Truck Crane และ Rough Terrian Crane เครนทำงานในพื้นที่ขรุขระหรือพื้นที่สมบุกสมบันได้ หากเทียบจะสมบุกสมบันได้น้อยกว่าเครนรถแบบตีนตะขาบ
5.รถบรรทุกติดเครน (Truck Loader Crane)
6.เครนหอสูงและเครนรางเลื่อนไฟฟ้า (Tower Crane, Electric Overhead Travelling Crane-EOHT) เครนรางเลื่อนไฟฟ้าแบบขาสูง (Gantry Crane or Simi-Gantry Crane)-ระบบการทำงานเหมือนกับเครนรางเลื่อนไฟฟ้า พื้นฐานการเคลื่อนที่ขนย้ายของได้หกทิศทาง
7.เครนขาสูง (Gantry Crane) เครนรางเลื่อนไฟฟ้าแบบรางเดี่ยว (Monorail Crane)-การทำงานคล้ายกับเครนรางเลื่อนทั่วไปส่วนที่ต่างออกไปคือมีรางวิ่งเพียงรางเดียว
8.เครนติดผนังหรือเครนแบบบูมสวิง (Jib Crane) เครนติดผนังหรือเครนแบบบูมสวิง (Jib Crane or Wall Crane)-ส่วนมากเป็นเครนขนาดเล็ก ความสามารถในการยกไม่เกิน 10 ตัน ที่พบเห็นส่วนมากจะถูกติดตั้งคันบูมไว้กับโครงสร้างหลักของอาคาร หรือยืนเสาคอลัมน์ขึ้นมาเพื่อติดตั้งคันบูม และคันบูมสวิงใช้งานได้ในรัศมีมุมกวาดครึ่งวงกลมหรือ 180 องศา

General knowledge of cranes and different types of cranes

Cranes are divided into 3 types:

- overhead cranes and gantry cranes (Overhead-Gentry Cranes)

- Tower Cranes 

- Cranes, boat cranes (Mobile Cranes)

Cranes are subdivided into several types.

1. Crawler Crane - is a crane, wheeled crawler boom, most of the boom is a weave. Suitable for use in new pioneer work sites. The area has not yet been compacted.

2. Crane truck crane (Truck Crane) - crane wheeled vehicle. Can run as fast as a truck run and move around on your own. Across the district - across the province. A narrow angle can be cut, the working area must be compacted only.

3. Rough Terrain Crane - Crane on wheels. all-wheel drive Able to work in new pioneer areas if mired, self-supporting winch kit

4. Crawler Crane, Truck Crane and Rough Terrain Crane Cranes work in rough or harsh terrain. Compared to it, it is less rugged than a crawler crane.

6. Tower crane and electric girder crane (Tower Crane, Electric Overhead Traveling Crane-EOHT) Gantry Crane or Simi-Gantry Crane - The system works like an electric gantry crane. Fundamentals of moving things in six directions

7. Gantry Crane, electric gantry crane (Monorail Crane) - works similar to a general gantry crane, the difference is that there is only one rail running. 

8. Wall cranes or cranes with a swing boom (Jib Crane) Wall cranes or a crane with a swing boom (Jib Crane or Wall Crane) - most of them are small cranes. Lifting capacity up to 10 tons, most commonly seen, is mounted on the main structure of the building with a boom lever. Or stand up the column to install the boom. And the swing boom can be operated in a semicircular or 180 degree sweep angle radiuses.
