สัญญาก่อสร้างต้องทำอย่างไร ??
ในการว่าจ้างทำงานต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในด้านการก่อสร้างต่อเติม เจ้าของบ้าน (ผู้ว่าจ้าง) ควรร่างสัญญาด้วยตัวเองนะคะ บางคนคิดว่าไม่จำเป็นถ้าเป็นผู้รับเหมาที่รู้จักกันอยู่แล้ว แค่สัญญาตามตกลงปากเปล่าก็พอ แต่ถึงอย่างนั้นก็แนะนำว่ามีไว้ดีกว่าค่ะ ซึ่งการทำสัญญาว่าจ้างนั้นจะประกอบด้วยเอกสาร 3 อย่าง ดังนี้

- สัญญาควรระบุว่าผู้รับจ้างเป็นใคร ควรมีเอกสารของบริษัทหรือสำเนาบัตรประชาชนประกอบ เพื่อระบุตัวตนให้ชัดเจน
- ผู้ว่าจ้างมีจุดประสงค์อย่างไร หมายความว่าให้ทำอะไร ที่ไหน วงเงินเท่าไร รวมถึงระยะเวลาการก่อสร้างนานเท่าไร ซึ่งควรระบุเป็นวันที่ชัดเจน เป็นต้น
- กำหนดการจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดๆ และกำหนดค่าปรับถ้างานล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด โดยทั่วไปแล้วมักคิดหน่วยเป็นวันค่ะ รวมถึงควรระบุงานเพิ่ม-ลด และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆที่ผู้รับจ้า (ผู้รับเหมา) ต้องรับผิดชอบ
