- ในวันแรกที่เริ่มทำงาน พนักงานขับรถจะเติมน้ำมันรถเต็มถัง ก่อนที่จะไปรับผู้ใช้บริการ ณ สถานที่ที่ได้นัดหมายไว้ (ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถขอตรวจสอบได้)
- การเติมน้ำมันรถในครั้งต่อๆ ไป ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย และเติมน้ำมันเต็มถังคืนให้กับพนักงานขับรถ เมื่อเดินทางกลับถึงจุดหมายปลายทาง
- ค่าผ่านทางด่วน หรือ ค่าผ่านทางพิเศษ ค่าเรือโดยสาร ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย

การนับเวลาและวันทำงาน(ใช้บริการากกว่า 1 วัน)
- เวลาทำงานปกติของพนักงานขับรถ คือ ตั้งแต่เวลา 06:00 น. - 18:00 น. หรือไม่เกิน 12 ชั่วโมง นับตั้งแต่เวลาผู้ใช้บริการนัดหมาย (แต่ไม่เกินเวลา 20:00 น. ของวันนั้น)
- การนับเวลาชดเชยค่าบริการล่วงเวลา
- ในกรณีที่มีการนัดหมายการเดินทาง ก่อนเวลา 06:00 น ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องขดเชยค่าบริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่มอีกชั่วโมงละ 150.- บาท
- ในกรณีที่มีการใช้บริการ เกินกว่า 12 ชั่วโมง นับตั้งแต่เวลาที่ผู้ใช้บริการนัดหมาย หรือ เกินกว่าเวลา 20:00 น. ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องชดเชยค่าบริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่มอีกชั่วโมงล่ะ 150.- บาท เกิน 24.00 คิดเพิ่มอีก 1 วัน
- ในกรณีที่เดินทางกลับถึงจุดหมายปลายทางไม่เกินกว่า 12 ชั่วโมง นับตั้งแต่เวลาที่ผู้ใช้บริการนัดหมาย และไม่เกินกว่าเวลา 20:00 น. ผู้ใช้บริการไม่ต้องจ่ายชดเชยค่าบริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่ม
- จุดหมายปลายทาง หมายถึง สถานที่ใดสถานที่หนึ่ง ที่ผู้ใช้บริการกำหนดให้พนักงานขับรถเช่าหาดใหญ่ไปส่งในวันเดินทางกลับ
- วันที่เริ่มต้นเดินทาง ไม่ว่าจะออกเดินทางในเวลาใดก็ตาม จะถูกนับเป็น 1 วันทำงาน

- ในกรณีที่เดินทางกลับถึงจุดหมายปลายทางไม่เกินกว่า 12 ชั่วโมง นับตั้งแต่เวลาที่ผู้ใช้บริการนัดหมาย และไม่เกินกว่าเวลา 20:00 น. ผู้ใช้บริการไม่ต้องจ่ายชดเชยค่าบริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่ม
- ผู้ใช้บริการต้องมีที่พักให้พนักงานขับรถ หากไม่มีผู้ใช้บริการต้องเพิ่มค่าห้อง อาหาร ให้พนักงานขับรถ 500 บาทต่อวัน นอกเหนือจากราคาที่ได้ตกลงไว้
- จุดหมายปลายทาง หมายถึง สถานที่ใดสถานที่หนึ่ง ที่ผู้ใช้บริการกำหนดให้พนักงานขับรถไปส่งในวันเดินทางกลับ
