การออกแบบไวนิล
1. ศึกษาและวางแผนงานไวนิลที่เราจะทำว่าไวนิลนี้ต้องการจะประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องอะไร เช่น จะทำไวนิลเกี่ยวกับ IT Helpdesk เป็นไวนิลเกี่ยวการออกบูธของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ตามสถานที่ต่างๆ ขนาด 470 x 240 เซนติเมตร หรือ 4.7 x 2.4 เมตรนั้นเอง
2. หาภาพและ vector เกี่ยวกับงานไวนิลนั้น เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ คน หมุดนำทาง พื้นหลัง เป็นต้น
3. เปิดโปรแกรม Photoshop แล้วตั้งค่าหน้างาน เช่น
3.1 ขนาด 470 x 240 เซนติเมตร แนวนอน
3.2 ความละเอียด หรือ Resolution 72 pixels/Inch
3.3 โหมดสีหรือ color Mode เป็น CMYK 8 bit
3.4 สีพื้น หรือ Background contents เป็น White
4. ตกแต่งไวนิล เพิ่มภาพ vector ตัวหนังสือ สี และเน้นจุดที่ต้องการจะเด่นตามที่ต้องการ
5. บันทึกงาน โดยการไปที่ File - Save As –หาที่เก็บไฟล์งาน – ตั้งชื่อไฟล์งาน – บันทึก หรือ Save as type เป็น photoshop ( *PSD, PDD, PSDT) แล้วเราจะได้ไฟล์งานเป็นไฟล์ photoshop เพื่อที่จะแก้ไขงานได้

6. บันทึกงานอีกครั้ง โดยการไปที่ File - Save As –หาที่เก็บไฟล์งาน – ตั้งชื่อไฟล์งาน – บันทึก หรือ Save as type เป็น ( *JPG, JPEG, JPE )
7. โปรแกรมจะขึ้นหน้าต่าง Image Option ให้ปรับลูกศรสามเหลี่ยมเลือนไปให้สุด หรือ พิมพ์ 12 ที่ Quality หรือ คุณภาพ เป็น 12 เลือก Formal Option เป็น Baseline Optimized แล้ว Save เราได้ไฟล์จะรูปภาพ เพื่อไปพิมพ์ไวนิลต่อไป

5. Save the work by going to File - Save As – find the work file location – name the work file – Save or Save as type as photoshop ( *PSD, PDD, PSDT) and we will get the work file as a photoshop file so that can fix the job
6. Save the work again by going to File - Save As - find the file location - name the file - Save or Save as type as ( *JPG, JPEG, JPE )
7. The program will pop up the Image Option window, adjust the triangle arrow to the end or type 12 at Quality or Quality is 12, choose Formal Option as Baseline Optimized and Save, we get the image file. to continue printing vinyl
