ประเภทของงานก่อสร้าง (Types of Construction Project)

แบ่งออกได้ 4 ประเภท ดังนี้
1. งานก่อสร้างถนนและระบบสาธารณูปโภคด้านขนส่ง ได้แก่
- งานก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมแรง ถนนลาดยางมะตอย
- งานก่อสร้างระบบทางด่วน ด่านเก็บเงิน
- งานก่อสร้างทางรถไฟ รางรถไฟ
- งานก่อสร้างสนามบิน รันเวย์ ขึ้น-ลง
- งานก่อสร้างท่าเทียบเรือ ท่าเรือขนส่งสินค้า
2. งานก่อสร้างอาคาร ได้แก่
- งานก่อสร้างบ้านพักอาศัย บ้านเดี่ยว บ้านแฝด ทาวน์เฮาส์ ทาวน์โฮม
- งานก่อสร้างบ้านพักอาศัยขนาดใหญ่ เช่น แฟลต หรือคอนโด
- งานก่อสร้างโรงเรียน โรงอาหาร โรงยิม
- งานก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงาน อาคารพาณิชย์ต่าง ๆ
- งานก่อสร้างทางด้านอุตสาหกรรม เช่น โรงงาน โรงเก็บของต่าง ๆ
