สวัสดีครับ วันนี้ ผมเขียนบทความที่เป็นปัญหาที่ถามกันเข้ามามากมาย และเป็นคำถามที่ผมพบได้พบบ่อยๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ลูกค้า วิศวกร รวมไปถึงผู้ที่สนใจ ในงานรื้อถอนครับ

ประเด็นแรก... ผมว่า ประเทศไทยนั้นยังไม่มีตึกสูงมากนัก กล่าว คือ ปัจจุบันเห็นได้ว่า ตึกในบ้านเราส่วนมากนั้นมีความสูงประมาณ 4-8 ชั้น มีตึกสูงอยู่บ้างที่มีความสูง 10 - 20 ชั้นขึ้นไป ให้ได้รื้อถอนกันที่เป็นเช่นนี้ ก็เพราะว่าในเมืองไทยพึ่งมีตึกสูงๆ ได้เมื่อราวๆ 40-50 ปี ซึ่งจะไม่เหมือนทางฝั่งประเทศยุโรป หรือ อเมริกา ทางฝั่งประเทศที่เจริญแล้ว ที่มีตึกสูงก่อนหน้าเราเป็น 100 ปีแล้วครับ อาคารสูงทางบ้านเค้าก็จะเริ่มเสื่อมสภาพ สำหรับในประเทศไทยนั้น ผมคิดว่า ไม่เกิน 40 ปีข้างหน้าเราอาจจะได้เห็นการใช้วิธีการระเบิดตึกในเมืองไทยครับ
