1.ออกสำรวจหน้างาน
ทางบริษัทฯ จะส่งพนักงาน ผู้เชียวชาญ ออกสำรวจหน้างาน ให้กับทางลูกค้า โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เพื่อ สรุปข้อมูล และ ความต้องการ ที่ตรงกัน กับ ทางลูกค้า จากนั้น ทางบริษัทฯ จะนำข้อมูล มาทำใบเสนอราคา ให้กับทางลูกค้าต่อไป

2.ทำใบเสนอราคา
หลังสำรวจหน้างานแล้ว ทางบริษัท จะกลับมา ทำการประเมินราคา และ ออกใบเสนอราคา ให้กับ ลูกค้า เพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจ ใช้บริการ และ หากสรุปราคา กันได้แล้ว ก็จะเข้าสู่ การดำเนินงาน ในขั้นต่อไป

3.ทำสัญญารื้อถอน ซื้อขาย
เมื่อลูกค้า ตัดสินใจใช้บริการ และ สรุปราคา กับทาง บริษัทฯ เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำหนังสือ สัญญารื้อถอน หรือ ซื้อขาย กับทาง ทีมงานลูกค้า เพื่อการทำงาน ที่ชัดเจน และ โปร่งใส กับทางลูกค้า

4.ขอใบอนุญาตรื้อถอน
ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการ ขอใบอนุญาตรื้อถอน ให้กับ ทางลูกค้า หรือ หากต้องการ ทางลูกค้า จะเป็นผู้ขอเองก็ได้ ถ้าให้ทางบริษัทฯ ขอให้ ทาง บริษัทฯ จะออกค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนนี้ ให้ก่อน และ จะทำการเก็บทีเดียว หลังเสร็จงาน

5.เริ่มขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน
เมื่อได้รับใบอนุญาตแล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ จะเริ่มรื้อถอน โดยขั้นตอน การรื้อถอน ในทุกขั้นตอน จะอยู่ภายใต้ การควบคุม โดย ทีมงานวิศวกร ที่มีความชำนาญ รวมถึง ช่วยเจรจา กับบ้านใกล้เรือนเคียง ให้เรียบร้อย

6.ส่งมอบงาน

1. Explore the job site

3. Contract for demolition and purchase

When the customer decides to use the service and concludes the price with the company already, the company will make a contract for demolition or trading with the customer team for clear and transparent work with the customer.

4. Apply for a demolition permit

The company will apply for a demolition permit for the customer or, if desired, the customer can apply for it himself. If the company asks for it, the company will pay for this expense first and will collect it at once after the work is done.

5. Start operating procedures

Once the license is received, the company will begin demolition. Every step of the demolition process will be under the control by a team of skilled engineers, including helping to negotiate with neighboring houses to complete.

6. Deliver the work
